As we continue to develop and expand our innovative service model, we have an opportunity for a Clinical Nursing Consultant to be part of a growing team that is renowned for providing quality end of life care to clients and their families.As a CNC in our team, you will provide high quality leadership and expert palliative care advice relating to complex care issues as well as providing nursing care within the scope of our clinical practice. You will develop, implement, monitor and review care plans to meet client health care needs and to promote quality of life.Supported by our Nurse Practitioners, you will work towards our believes in that every Queenslander deserves the peace of mind to receive quality palliative care in the comfort of their own home. Our palliative care program provides holistic care through the provision of multi-disciplinary services across metropolitan and regional Queensland.
