Join a leading Brisbane based financial planning firm and play a key role in delivering exceptional advice to high net worth individuals and SMSF clients. As a Financial Planner at this firm, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on retirement planning, direct investments, and wealth management to our clients. You will work closely with our team to build strong relationships with existing clients, many of whom are in their 70s, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Provide high-quality financial planning advice to SMSF clients and high net worth individuals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional service
Work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our firm
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial planning
Collaborate with our internal investment committee to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions for our clients

Requirements:

FASEA qualified (no Professional Year candidates considered)
Strong SMSF technical expertise
Skilled in retirement planning and working with high net worth clients
Ability to build strong relationships with a mature client demographic
Technically competent and passionate about financial advice as a long-term career
Farmer mindset – maintain and grow existing relationships rather than chase new business

Nice-to-Have:Familiarity with direct investment strategies

Insurance advice capability (though not essential)
Experience working in a high-touch service model, with clients typically seen twice yearly, or more as needed
