Design and Implement Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop comprehensive training programs that support employee development and business objectivesManage Change and Communication: Lead programmatic changes from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignmentDrive Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data, track skill progression, and recommend innovative learning strategiesCollaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and teams to standardize training methodologies and best practicesCreate Impactful Learning Content: Develop multi-media instructional materials that engage and educate our workforceBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree from an accredited universityProven experience in program and project managementStrong expertise in instructional design and training strategy developmentProficiency in data analysis and visualization
Experience managing remote teams and online supportPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced degree in organizational development or related fieldKnowledge of adult learning theory and human performance improvementTechnical skills in Unix, SQL, and database administrationExperience with Lean Manufacturing conceptsDemonstrated ability to develop high-performing teamsAcknowledgement of country:
