We are seeking skilled and experienced Painter / Blasters ideally with Rope Access tickets (L1-l3) to join our team at Alcoa Portland Aluminium Smelter in Victoria for approximately 4 - 6 months.You will playing a crucial part in a remediation coating program, building a legacy of excellence. This is your opportunity to work within a global leader !Ideally you will have exposure within heavy industrial environments.About you

Cert III in Surface Preparation and Coating Applications – desirable
Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Blaster
Work at Heights Certification – valid within 3 years - mandatory
Drivers Licence – preferred
Construction Industry Induction (white /) - preferred
High levels of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Great time management skills
The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
