Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
Train and motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
Opening and closing of venue

What you’ll bring:

A minimum of 2 years Hospitality experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
Full availability Monday to Sunday
RSA, and TAB Basics
A passion for creating epic customer experiences and building a buzzing venue
