Help Us Support Our Community as a Home Care Support Worker!We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. This rewarding role allows you to make a genuine difference in the lives of older adults by promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Casual Role | $33.61 - $34.50 /hour+ Super + Casual Loading + Salary Packaging + Employee discounts
  • Location: Covering Tinder Park, Logan, & South Brisbane, with leave cover in Tallebudgera and Nundah.
  • Fleet vehicle available from Logan for work-related travel.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll assist clients in living safely and independently in their own homes:
  • Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Providing transport to appointments or shopping trips
  • Supporting meal preparation and light domestic tasks
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
About You:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or similar) preferred
  • Experience as a Support Worker or a genuine passion to learn and grow in the role
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly across both Tallebudgera and Logan locations
  • Ability to work independently while following care plans
  • Friendly, empathetic, and respectful approach to client care
