
Senior Finance Integration Analyst

- Implementation of Wisetech finance processes and procedures across financial reporting, treasury, forecasting and budgeting and transactional accounting
- Communicating and managing integration process and progress to senior stakeholders
- Liaising with cross functional teams and acquired businesses to execute integration plan, ensuring tasks are completed in line with the integration plan
- Ability to assist in roll out new accounting systems and standardise reporting processes
- Liaising with cross functional teams and acquired businesses to execute any entity rationalisation and aid statutory reporting
- CA or CPA qualified with a few years post qualification experience in Financial Control, Reporting or FP&A
- Ability to lead month end close process and ensure smooth cooperation among stakeholders to close in accordance with month end timetable
- Experience in delivering high quality financial reporting or financial planning and analytics deliverables including some years of transactional processing
- Highly proficient in IFRS with proven ability to implement new accounting standards and/or generate technical accounting papers. Understanding of Consolidation principles
- Experience working together with M&A, Financial Reporting and FP&A/Commercial Finance teams
- Strong core accounting and finance skills/experience and ability to identify risks and present solutions.
- Strong problem solving skills and willing to 'roll up the sleeves' to dive into issues and help businesses as the need arises and in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Personable and collaborative attitude, you can develop relationships quickly and is confident in dealing with senior levels
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with challenging deadlines
- Accounting system implementation and knowledge preferred
