- Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS and leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements.
- Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel, and subcontractors.
- Recording daily productivity targets and documenting delays and issues and resolving daily site issues.
- Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments as per Fulton Hogan procedures.
- Experience in delivering profitability on Civil projects within a safe working environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
- The ability to positively influence and lead a team.
- A proven commitment to site safety.
