Are you a skilled Maintenance Fitter looking to join a dynamic and growing team? We're seeking a reliable and experienced trade fitter to support our industrial manufacturing operations in Henderson, WA.As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll be responsible for carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery. You’ll work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure plant reliability, minimise downtime, and improve overall equipment efficiency.The Role:
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner
Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety upgrades
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Ensure all work is performed safely and in line with site procedures
The Candidate:
Trade qualified Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
Proven experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Excellent safety awareness and commitment to WHS practices
