We’re seeking a Case Coordinator to manage a portfolio of low-risk workers’ compensation claims, focusing on early intervention and clear communication to support injured workers on their recovery journey.About the RoleThis position is perfect for candidates with backgrounds in administration, customer service, allied health, or fast-paced coordination roles. You’ll be responsible for a high-volume portfolio of straightforward claims, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely resolution without the complexity of high-stakes casework.What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of low-risk workers’ compensation claims from acceptance to closure.
- Monitor treatment progress, schedule check-ins, and coordinate payments.
- Communicate regularly with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers.
- Identify risks early and escalate to specialist teams as required.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation for auditing and liability.
- Experience in complex administration, coordination, allied health, or customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Clear, confident communication (verbal and written).
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to spot issues before they escalate.
