- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field is essential.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and Australian employment legislation and compliance.
- Exposure to payroll processes and award/EA interpretation
- Experience working across systems - HRIS, Payroll, etc.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong Excel, SharePoint, and capability across the MS Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
- High attention to detail, organisation and time management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in reporting.
- Payroll Processing capabilities are highly desirable.
