Leading Australian energy business proudly servicing homes and businesses across Queensland.About the RoleReporting to the Executive GM People & Culture, as the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality HR support, ensuring continuity across the People & Culture function.You will ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes through accurate documentation, system updates, and compliance.This permanent role has a Systems focus and you will have the responsibility of maintaining HRIS data integrity, support troubleshooting, generate reports including HR metrics reporting, liaise with vendors, and provide payroll backup if necessary.About YouYou are a self-starter, proactive person who is highly professional with a friendly approachability. You are eager to learn and get involved in all areas of where required. You will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field is essential.
Solid understanding of HR operations and Australian employment legislation and compliance.
Exposure to payroll processes and award/EA interpretation
Experience working across systems - HRIS, Payroll, etc.
Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong Excel, SharePoint, and capability across the MS Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
High attention to detail, organisation and time management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience in reporting.
Payroll Processing capabilities are highly desirable.
