- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling NetVault’s products.
- Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to meet client needs.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare sales reports.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or IT services.
- Strong understanding of internet, telephony, and cloud solutions.
- Proven experience with NBN, Wireless, Satellite, Fibre and ISP technologies
- Experience with PBX, Voice and phone systems would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, SpaceX Starlink, 3CX or VMware would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a professional telephone manner and experience in a high-resilience workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM, Windows and general information technology
- Experience in roles such as retail, telco sales, call centers, recruitment, insurance, or financial services is beneficial.
- Uncapped Commissions: Earn OTE of $5,000 - $10,000 or more per month with a competitive base salary.
