  • Residential and commercial property development and subdivision
  • Strata title advice including by law drafting
  • Residential and commercial property acquisition and sales
  • Commercial leasing
You will be supported by a fun, close-knit team with direct partner access and mentoring.As part of your role, you will have access to our career development program with your national counterparts, tailored to your level of PAE, as well as access to pro bono program and community initiatives.About you
  • Have 2-4 years' PQE experience in Western Australian real estate law, with a focus on strata and developments
  • Be highly organised and committed to delivering outstanding client service
  • Be client focussed with an ability to build and maintain relationships
