The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and organised Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial projects in the Sydney CBD, with project values ranging from $100K to $4M.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supervising trades, coordinating site logistics, managing subcontractors, and driving project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.What's on Offer

- Oversee all on-site activities, including formwork, reo, and concrete pours Lead site teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Develop and communicate daily programs and task sequencing
- Manage site logistics, materials, plant, and labour efficiently
- Complete daily diaries, ITPs, QA/QC documentation, and photographic records
- Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety walks
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager for resource and project planning
- Minimum 4 years' experience in concrete sector
- Background: Concrete, formwork Rio, technical pours
- Strong skills in reading and executing construction drawings
- Proactive approach to safety, compliance, and quality control
- Software: Procore, Aconex, Hammertech, Neo Intelligence, Bluebeam
- Clear communicator and natural team leader
- Willingness to get hands-on when needed
