- Leadership role with excellent support from a Payroll Manager who has been with the organisation for a number of years
- Friendly team who enjoy banter throughout the day
- Convenient Brisbane inner suburbs location with public transport nearby and affordable parking options
- Fortnightly payroll processing including new starters, terminations, redundancies, leave calculations, superannuation, etc.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the team
- Provide a high level of customer service to employees
- Ensure compliance with payroll related legislation 1
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in a payroll leadership role (essential)
- Experience using a large system
- Prior experience working in a large and complex environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
