• Be involved in varying matters across all levels of court - particularly in the Supreme Courts across the country.
• Approximately 40-50% insolvency litigation with the remainder being general commercial litigation (shareholder and franchise, building and construction, debt recovery and more!)
• Collaborate directly with a well-regarded partner and the wider litigation team.

• 1+ years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency litigation
• Proactive, solutions-focused, with a strong work ethic
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment with approachable leaders
• Strong drafting skills and commercial judgement
• Consistent academic performance (distinction average is not a necessity)
• Admitted in Australia or New Zealand
