- Oversee the end-to-end online content production process, including brief creation, creative rounds, and content build
- Ensure online content adheres to guidelines across creative, brand & accessibility at each stage of the production process
- Build and schedule content across the MYER sites in accordance with set go-live dates and ensuring timely removal of expired content
- Act as a primary user of our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring its features are effectively utilised
- Coordinate the post verification process (PVT) ensuring any content amendments are actioned in an accurate and timely manner
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve content errors and incidents in line with our escalation processes and maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with the Production Manager to identify opportunities for content and process improvements within the CMS and the production workflow
- Previous experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Content, ideally in the retail sector
- Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Proven technical capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms
- Basic coding skills desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to confidently manage spreadsheets and support day-to-day operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A natural collaborator with the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders
