Are you passionate about healthcare, policy reform, and making sure professional voices are heard where it counts? We’re looking for a Policy & Advocacy Officer who thrives on research, stakeholder engagement, and shaping health policy that delivers real outcomes. This is a short term assignment to cover leave.You'll support the delivery of policy, research, and advocacy projects that influence national standards and help guide the future of clinical practice.What You'll Be Doing

Research, write, and deliver high-quality policy submissions, position papers and responses to emerging health issues
Monitor regulatory changes and provide accurate, evidence-based advice to professionals and members
Engage with key stakeholders including experts, committees, and external bodies
Drive advocacy projects, from concept to execution
Maintain research and statistics to support impactful messaging and influence

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience in policy development and analysis
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills – both written and verbal
Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
