- Book and send jobs and requests to Locksmiths
- Manage schedules and bookings
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Manage all office admin tasks
- Use SIMPRO daily to manage jobs, tasks, and documentation
- 2+ years in scheduling, admin, or coordination (construction ideal)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, customer-facing)
- Experience with the following programs but not all; MS Excel, SIMPRO and Google Suite
- Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, booking of job requests and data entry.
- High attention to detail
- Full-time role | Monday to Friday only | On-Site
- $70,000 - $85,000 + Super - depending on experience
