About Us:Ox Securities is a Sydney-based Forex and CFD trading firm delivering seamless trading experiences across global markets. We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Trading Operations Analyst to join our team and contribute to payment operations across our expanding international footprint.Job Overview:This role is responsible for overseeing trading operations, platform management, infrastructure, stakeholder support, issue resolution, and process improvements to ensure seamless day-to-day functions across various teams. You will act as a senior member of the team, mentoring junior staff, enhancing operational workflows, and collaborating closely with front office, liquidity providers, and technology teams.Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Trading Support: Handle operational and trading issues as they arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

MT4/MT5 Administration: Manage all aspects of MT4 and MT5 platform administration and configuration, including account & group creation, management, balance, and credit transactions. Oversee swaps and rollover administration

Trading Infrastructure Management: Administer, maintain, and optimise trading bridges and infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Stakeholder Support: Assist internal stakeholders across risk, support and sales with queries and requests, providing technical support as needed

Issue Resolution & Dispute Management: Conduct trade investigations to resolve disputes, reconcile discrepancies, and provide platform-related support

Root Cause Analysis: Independently investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.

Process Improvement: Enhance trade operations processes by optimizing workflows, mitigating risks, and improving efficiency and service quality

Mentorship & Teamwork: Provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices across the team.

Requirements:

Great attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy is a must, and proficiency in technical skills such as SQL or Python
A degree in a finance or business-related field or relevant financial markets experience
A sound understanding of trading, FX and financial markets
2-4+ years' experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 trading platform, Manager, Administrator
2-4+ years' experience with oneZero systems including oneZero Hub and ARMs.
Familiarity with IRESS platform and third-party platforms for PAMM/MAM/Copy trading
