Background in a fresh food setting, preferably within the retail or hospitality sector
Possess a strong comprehension of high-quality fresh foods
Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
