- Perform bagroom functions, including scanning and manual handling of luggage.
- Load and unload baggage and freight efficiently.
- Manage aircraft receipt and dispatch procedures.
- Execute aircraft pushback operations safely.
- Provide essential water and waste services.
- Operate ground service equipment on the ramp.
- Competitive pay rates above the Award.
- Hourly base rate is $26.29 exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation.
- 12% Superannuation contributions.
- Shift penalties for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Additional pay for weekend work (time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays).

- A valid Driver’s License (including Provisional License).
- Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas).
- Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
- Ability to work shifts that span from 03:00 - 23:00.
- Commitment to a minimum of 32 hours per fortnight.
- Available for a 1-week full-time paid training.
