As the ideal candidate you'll have a robust background in a similar environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.At Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional resort accommodation and creating unforgettable experiences for our valued guests. Whether they are here for a relaxing leisure holiday, attending large meetings and conferences, or celebrating a spectacular wedding, we are committed to delivering excellence at every turn.Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Guest Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
  • Leadership: Previous experience in leading and managing diverse teams
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
Skills & Experience
  • Food and Beverage experience: Relevant industry experience working and leading a high volume outlet. Including extensive beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and training of junior team members.
  • Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.
  • Police Check: All successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
