Building on our strong TPS heritage, our goal is to establish a Centre of Excellence that enhances our collective knowledge and expertise, delivering value to Toyota and all its stakeholders.The Toyota Production System (TPS) Specialist plays a key role in driving strategic operational improvements across Toyota’s internal teams, external business partners, and selected organizations from other industries, with the aim of enhancing Toyota’s brand reputation. This is accomplished through the promotion of Toyota Way philosophies, strengthening problem-solving skills by sharing Toyota Business Practices methodologies, and applying TPS tools. The role includes delivering training, coaching, and hands-on support in shopfloor activities.This role is based in Altona North and requires interstate travel approximately twice per month.How you’ll make an impactImplement approved TPS initiatives, processes, and procedures in alignment with established policies to support the objectives of the TPS Support Centre. Contribute to the development of TPS processes and procedures to enable the effective delivery of training and both onsite and offsite coaching programs, with the goal of positively enhancing Toyota’s brand reputation.Deliver specialist advice and support the implementation of training and coaching services—both onsite and offsite—for internal teams, external business partners, customers, and not-for-profit organisations.
