- Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation and management of listings, contracts and providing quality service to the rural sales agents.
- Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process
- Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
- Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting.
- Assist agents with research and external platform support (Qld Globe, Agtuary, Price Finder etc)
- Provide administrative support to rural sales agents statewide.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries from rural sales agents.
- Have a sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industry
- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
- Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
- Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Poses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
