In this pivotal role, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the CHPP's annual targets within the project budget.This is a site-based role, working on a 9-day fortnight roster, where you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative standards, conducting inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver planned works and meet performance targets.
Develop and manage maintenance plans to achieve plant availability, production schedules, and budget goals.
Monitor and control the CHPP maintenance budget, reviewing costs and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, introducing cost-saving measures, and enhancing

About YouYou are a proactive leader with extensive experience in CHPP operations and a track record of driving results in a mining environment.Skills & Qualifications

Relevant Coal Mining Industry competencies: **RIIRIS301A, RIICOM301B, RIIOHS301A**.
Substantial experience managing operational CHPP teams in the mining industry.
Proficiency with financial, automation, and scheduling packages.
Comprehensive knowledge of the **Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999**.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
