We’re excited to be working on an opportunity for a Customer Activation Manager join a high-performing team in the health/beauty sector and take ownership of customer activation across key channels.Day to day, you’ll manage the customer activation calendar, ensuring all trade promotions are planned and locked in advance. You’ll develop briefs that connect shopper insights to clear strategies and you will capture and report on promotional activity. A big part of the role is your ability to work with a variety of stakeholders everything from coordinating product samples for the field team, through to building shopper journey-led trade marketing solutions. You’ll also take the lead on managing POS playbooks and external agency relationships, ensuring field teams are equipped with cost-effective and timely solutions.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience in trade marketing, activation or customer promotions (either agency or client-side). You’ll be highly organised and hold a strong understanding of POS production. Your ability to problem solve, communicate effectively and prioritise tasks will be important qualities in this role.This is a role where you’ll get to own the process, work alongside senior leaders and see the direct impact of your work in market.
