We have therapists specialised across all caseloads working together to support each other working with complex patients to deliver patient centred care.The Occupational Therapy department supports clinicians through:· Driving innovation and learning· Prioritising self-care and wellbeing· Clear communication & feedback· Valuing teamwork & collaborationThis position will be based on the Aged Care Rehab Ward – Fri & Sat. You will be provided with clinical supervision and support to ensure your professional development needs are supported.   • Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and Current Registration with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated core competency skills relevant to the facility and the occupational therapy service.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience.
  • Computer skills and the capacity to use health information systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence.
