- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to follow direction and procedures, while showing initiative.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills with high levels of data entry accuracy and speed.
- High resilience level and the ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to maintain confidentially.
- Previous experience in processing of credit card payments and cash handling experience (preferred)
- Fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
- Four weeks of Annual Leave per year
