Job Category: Delivery Performance and ControlJob Description:We currently have an opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Play a key role in leading initiatives that enhance service delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and optimise contract performance. Reporting to General Manager - Housing, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.What You'll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Lead strategic projects and oversee operational performance across Housing and IFM contracts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed innovation across service delivery.
Manage contract compliance, governance, and financial performance to meet KPIs.
Foster a high-performing, safety-first culture across multidisciplinary teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and government clients.

What You'll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in business management or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
Demonstrated leadership experience in contract management and operational oversight.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable financial outcomes.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and foster collaborative partnerships.
Commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and customer service excellence.
