- Receive and action client inquiries promptly
- Support the client relationship manager with general administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with relevant Tribunals, and compliance with Trust Deeds
- Actively update and maintain beneficiary databases for each client
- Monitor workflow and manage multiple trust Outlook inboxes and action emails
- Compliance with relevant policies and legislation
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a high-performing, engaged, and committed team
- Strong Administration skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work in a complex fast passed environment
- Sound communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
- Experience working in the Trustee industry, or similar experience in the financial or legal sector is highly regarded
