Hours: Early morning starts likely (TBC, potentially as early as 3:00 AM)Are you ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced logistics environment? Chandler Macleod is recruiting for a motivated and hands-on Interstate Transport Coordinator to join a leading national supply chain operation. This is a 12-month onsite position based in Moorebank, with potential to extend.You will be responsible for coordinating the interstate freight operations from a major distribution site, ensuring the smooth flow of goods across state RDCs and metro locations. This includes planning, dispatch, and tracking – all while maintaining a high standard of service, safety, and compliance.🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily execution of freight movements across state networks
- Collaborate with 3PL providers, dispatch teams, and carriers
- Maintain accurate records in TMS and track costs
- Support linehaul movements and ensure DIFOTEF delivery standards
- Communicate clearly with drivers and internal stakeholders
- 2+ years of operational experience in transport/logistics
- Solid understanding of road networks and interstate freight processes
- Familiarity with CoR regulations and SH&E compliance
- Proficient in transport management systems (e.g. Blue Yonder)
- Strong admin, planning, and coordination skills
