Must be an Australian Citizen with a TSPVThe AgencyTake the lead in shaping and delivering customer-focused digital products within a high-impact government environment. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, align it with strategic goals, and ensure delivery of innovative, high-performing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to modernise legacy systems while navigating complex stakeholder environments and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities
- Define and prioritise product features based on customer needs and business outcomes
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with vision and key milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and customers to gather input and feedback
- Monitor product performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Product Management with a technical understanding of software development
- Proven ability to create roadmaps, define product strategy, and manage backlogs
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar for product planning
