- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred.
- Passion for quality, presentation, and delivering exceptional service
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
- A hands-on, team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia as no sponsorships will be offered
- ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain. (We will provide)
- $8.45 daily travel allowance
