FIRMThis represents an opportunity with a leading accounting firm based in Kew. This firm is led by a team of very friendly and down to earth Directors. This firm is based in a very convenient location close to public transport. The firm has a high quality client base and work on complex tax matters.POSITIONThe position of Senior Manager has been created due to growth and future succession planning.The successful candidate will:

Manage up to $1.5m in fees
Assist the Partners with the day to day operations of the team and the firm
Client Relationship Management
High level tax compliance + advisory
Work with complex client groups (up to 100+ entities in the group)

CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

CA/CPA
10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
Experience managing $1-1.5m in fees
Outstanding leadership skills
Experience with large + complex clients with multiple entities within the group
Strong technical tax knowledge
A genuine interest in progressing to partnership
Stable employment history with reputable accounting firms
Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
