- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value business customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve complex customer issues through collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, and generate insights through data analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving customer-centric strategies.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B environment managing high-value clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
