Join a Digital Services team who are leading the protection of systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. You'll work closely with the key stakeholders to develop strategies, implement security frameworks, and drive a culture of cyber awareness across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a Cyber Security Framework and program aligned to best practices and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, manage security incidents, and oversee forensic investigations.
Implement and maintain security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, etc.).
Lead compliance with ACSC Essential 8, Cyber Security NSW 'Mandatory 25', and PCI-DSS.
Deliver cyber awareness training and promote best practices.
Report on cyber risks, threats, and incident responses to senior management.

Requirements:

Degree in IT or related field.
3 to 6 years experience in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of cyber security principles and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in cyber strategy development, incident management, and security program implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable: CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification.

12 month contract.
Onsite for the first 3 months with the possibility of hybrid post this.
