Our client, a leading commercial design & construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across NSW, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in construction who wants to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.About the role:
Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects
Preparing project documentation, reports, and schedules
Liaising with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Supporting procurement, tendering, and compliance processes
Monitoring project progress and helping to resolve issues as they arise
About you:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, or a related discipline
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office (experience with project software an advantage)
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
What’s on offer:
