- Pay Rate: $54 per hour
- Reviewing and assessing financial assistance applications and claims.
- Providing clear, professional advice and support to applicants and stakeholders.
- Effectively managing and resolving enquiries, including complaints from distressed or irate clients.
- Ensuring compliance with program guidelines and meeting service timeframes.
- A financial understanding and competent user of Excel.
- Customer service experience in handling sensitive and complex enquiries, including complaints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Empathy and professionalism when supporting distressed customers.
