
Intensivist - Visiting Medical Officer | Coastal NSW

As an integral member of the ICU team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary group of intensivists, junior doctors, and nursing staff
- Contribute to teaching and mentoring junior medical staff across the hospital
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and ongoing research within the unit
- Liaise closely with patients and families to ensure compassionate and patient-centred care
- Join a team of specialists with diverse expertise in anaesthesia, emergency medicine, general medicine, and echocardiography
- Work with a varied casemix including medical, surgical, and occasional paediatric patients
- Be part of a collaborative, innovative, and supportive ICU culture
