- Finance Officer position sits within the Financial Reporting team
- Responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity of cash balances and for performing transactional banking and investment functions
- Provides support and assistance to the whole financial reporting team to ensure deadlines and deliverable are met
- Completion of daily and month bank reconciliations
- Prepare daily cash forecasts and arrange transfers between Clients s accounts as required
- Load and authorise EFT transfers for accounts payable and payroll into
- Clients online electronic banking channel
- Download agency files and distribute to relevant business areas
- Monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Provide relief and support to the other finance officer position within the team TechnologyOne including
- Minimum of three (3) years in a Finance Officer role, providing assistance to a multi- disciplinary team.
- Qualifications commensurate with Certificate IV in Business or progress towards a Bachelor degree in Business.
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated by verbal and written evidence. Business partnering experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and educate stakeholders.
- Current Queensland “C” class driver’s licence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel.
