  • Manage volume temp accounts - Work with SME clients who require large numbers of temps at speed, ensuring quality placements every time.
  • Run bulk recruitment projects - Source, screen, onboard, and manage pools of candidates ready for deployment.
  • Hunt for new SME clients - Drive business development within your assigned Sydney territory, winning new accounts through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Own the end-to-end process - From job brief to placement, compliance to post-placement follow-up.
  • Grow & retain client relationships - Deliver service excellence that keeps clients coming back.
