Packing and Removals Manager

• Manage and coordinate the packing and removals team to meet service delivery targets and customer expectations
• Oversee the packing, loading, transportation and unloading of customer belongings with a focus on quality and care
• Ensure all packing materials, equipment and vehicles are well-maintained and readily available
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for packing supplies as needed
• Provide hands-on support to the team during peak periods or complex moves
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements
• Foster a positive, safety-conscious work culture and provide coaching and development to team members
• Liaise with the customer service team to address any customer queries or concerns

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a packing/removals management role within the transport and logistics industry
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Sound knowledge of packing techniques, materials and equipment
• Forklift and other machinery operating licences highly regarded
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
