The team culture is professional yet relaxed, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, flexibility, and collaboration.About the RoleWe are seeking a Project Administrator / Admin & Project Support Officer to join the Projects Team, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality commercial furniture fit-out projects across Australia. This is an office-based role with flexible start and finish times and direct engagement with both the Sydney and Melbourne teams.Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers across all stages of commercial joinery and fit-out projects
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and version control
- Enter and track project data in Innergy, Procore, Aconex, and other client systems
- Ensure architectural drawings are current and uploaded to correct platforms
- Create and manage registers (shop drawings, variations, samples, RFIs)
- Coordinate sample boards, orders, and approvals
- Prepare and distribute pre-construction documentation (SWMS, SMDs, insurance)
- Assist with quoting, invoicing, and other financial admin tasks
- Mark up floorplans and drawings with clear instructions for drafters
- Liaise with stakeholders to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth delivery
- Print and distribute site drawings to site managers and project teams

- Confident communicator across phone, email, and in person
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time

- Ideally has experience in construction, interiors, joinery, or manufacturing sectors
- Experience in project administration or coordination is a strong advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and organisation
- HSC (or equivalent) with solid English and Maths results
- Experience in the construction or joinery sectors.
- Familiarity with systems such as Procore, Aconex, Simpel, or Innergy
- $70,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience)
