- Assess, collate and process loan application documents
- Provide guidance and support to customers across a range of banking products and services
- Support customers and navigate toward an optimal resolution
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders (brokers/lenders/customers)
- Have excellent computer literacy skills (ability to use multiple computer systems/databases simultaneously)
- Previous experience in a customer centric role is essential
- A sound understanding and keen interest in banking and financial services
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Degree in Finance/Business is highly regarded but not required
- Work close to home being based in the Western suburbs and nearby public transport
