- Resolving customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Developing competitive quotations based on client requirements
- Setting and managing budgets effectively
- Reporting on project status and progress
- Managing labour and plant/equipment resources
- Ensuring compliance with all HSEQ requirements
- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Possess strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrate effective communication and relationship management abilities
- Show exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Demonstrate strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational abilities
- Be willing to learn and embrace professional growth opportunities
- Adapt positively to change in a fast-paced environment
- Hold formal qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
- Hold a current Electrical licence
- Hold a current Driver’s Licence and General Construction Induction Card
- Hold a Cabler’s licence (preferred)
