- develop retail and trade customers
- strategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve KPIs, revenue and margin targets
- develop product and industry knowledge
- manage contacts through Sales Databases
- interpret technical design plans, plus assess and measure job projects
- Undertake plan take-offs
- preparing selling activity reports
- experience in similar channels working with architects and builders and knowledge of building process
- ability to manage work independently
- strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people at different levels
- ability to understand the the technical product, regulatory and industry knowledge requirements
- ability to use CRM systems as a tool for activity sales planning and customer records
- base salary plus monthly commissions
