- Assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the Hotels
- Oversee preventative maintenance programmes building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings
- Strong project management and budgeting skills (CAPEX & OPEX).
- Conducting maintenance requirements and follow ups as scheduled & logged
- Manage the maintenance team focusing on talent development
- Lead safety and risk management within the hotel
- Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant or equipment systems.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing , HVAC and general repairs
- An individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
