They provide Security solutions for a wide range of industries including Commercial, Retail, Government, and more. This company has been operating for over 20 years and is nationally recognised as one of the largest Electronic Security companies in Australia.BENEFITSDue to company growth in Australia this business is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager from within the Electronic Security industry to join their team in Sydney.
  • Manage and coordinate projects of various sizes and complexities, from award to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and contract requirements.
  • Oversee overall site management and prepare project installation plans and job procedures for successful and timely completion.
  • Translate diverse customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
  • Supervise project design engineering, installation labour, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales force and review/approve estimated costs prior to bidding.
  • Review and manage the execution of scope of works, contract terms, and conditions to ensure cost control, delivery fulfilment, and quality of service.
  • Effectively communicate project requirements to the project team and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job status, changes, and material flow for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Establish project milestones and analyse costs.
  • Utilise financial systems to review actual versus estimated job costs and provide timely and accurate project cost reports.
  • Adjust project plans and cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREDTo be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:
  • 2 + year's experience as a Project Manager from within the Electronic Security Industry
  • Project Management certification
  • Security License
  • Experience with Pronto and Microsoft Pojects will be highly regarded
