- Manage and coordinate projects of various sizes and complexities, from award to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and contract requirements.
- Oversee overall site management and prepare project installation plans and job procedures for successful and timely completion.
- Translate diverse customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
- Supervise project design engineering, installation labour, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical assistance to the sales force and review/approve estimated costs prior to bidding.
- Review and manage the execution of scope of works, contract terms, and conditions to ensure cost control, delivery fulfilment, and quality of service.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to the project team and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job status, changes, and material flow for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Establish project milestones and analyse costs.
- Utilise financial systems to review actual versus estimated job costs and provide timely and accurate project cost reports.
- Adjust project plans and cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.

- Project Management certification
- Security License
- Experience with Pronto and Microsoft Pojects will be highly regarded
