Wagga Wagga Base Hospital is seeking a dedicated Staff Specialist - Director of Prevocational Education & Training (DPET) to lead and inspire the next generation of medical professionals. This 0.2 FTE Part-Time Permanent position offers a unique opportunity to oversee and manage the teaching and career development of prevocational medical practitioners within the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.As DPET, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating structured education programs, advocating for trainee development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You are a registered Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current clinical appointment at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. You bring a genuine passion for postgraduate medical education and a commitment to lifelong learning.Your strengths include:
